3D CAD Academy
At 3D CAD Academy, we strive to provide the best learning experience for our students in courses such as Graphic Design, AutoCAD, Interior Design, Animation VFX, SolidWorks, UG-NX, and Delcam. We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel your enrollment or request a refund. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Course Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Student
- Before Course Commencement:
If you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund, minus any administrative fees. - Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
After Course Commencement:
- If you cancel your enrollment within the first week of the course, you will be eligible for a 50% refund, minus any administrative fees.
- No refunds will be issued after the first week of the course.
Cancellation by 3D CAD Academy
If the academy cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your enrollment to another course of equal value.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only applicable for course fees paid directly to 3D CAD Academy. Fees paid to third-party vendors are non-refundable.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our administrative office.
Refund Process
- Upon approval of your refund request, the refund will be processed within 15 To 30 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Administrative fees, course materials, and any third-party fees are non-refundable.
Changes to Policy
- 3D CAD Academy reserves the right to modify this cancellation and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled students.
